THE CAUSE OF WOMEN

The world needs the voice of women. It needs the unique voice and message of women, because it softens up the world, and softness brings empathy, understanding, and acceptance.

“My feminism, if there’s such, isn’t about the “or”, but the “and”. It’s about the cooperation of men and women, which needs both of them to let their voices be heard. The world needs the voice of women. It needs the unique voice and message of women, because it softens up the world, and softness brings empathy, understanding, and acceptance. And there’s a deep need for this in such an era. Cooperation instead of rivalry, actions based on oxytocin instead of testosteron, yes, the world needs femininity, that contains both softness and firmness, and is able to guide people towards each other.”

Bea Palya managed to reach Carnegie Hall from an outlying village, and she’s on a continuous path towards higher and higher success. Bea became an icon, whose music not only reaches the audiences, but also gathers followers. Music about the importance of feminin energy, about our unstoppable self, and – as a half-gipsy – about the possibility to conquer prejudice, and rise from a disadvantaged position. Her personality and story sets a rather impressive example: how to become a true icon coming from a farmer family and the deeply patriarchal folk-dance scene. Bea Palya’s story is about successful women.
